Project Description Miquan-Dongshan District covers a total area of 9970 square km., which is 17 km. away from Urumqi city center and less than 20 km. from Urumqi International Airport and Urumqi Railway Station, with Nationqal Highway 216, Turpan-Uruqmi-Dahuangshan High-graded Highway and Urumqi-Kuitun High-graded Highway running through and linking all directions.
Miquan-Dongshan District is a planned sub-center of Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang autonomous region, with profund industrial foundation and characteristic agricultural production. Commericial and trade circulation is significantly growing and the great tourism has taken into shape. Besides, it is the largest manufacturing base and important petrochemical industrial city. At present, Miquan-Dongshan District covers a planned area of 167 square km and its long-term planned area covers 300-400 square kms. Within the year it will expand to 200 squre kms., focusing petrochemical industry, natural gas and coal chemical industry, chlorine and alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry, new-type construction materials as well as machine manufacturing etc.
项目描述：米东新区总面积9970平方公里，距乌鲁木齐市中心17公里，距乌鲁木齐火车站、国际机场不足20公里，216国道、吐乌大高等级公路、乌奎高速公路贯穿境内，连接四方。
米东新区是规划中的自治区首府乌鲁木齐的副中心，其工业基础雄厚，农业生产独具特色，商贸流通业发展迅猛，大旅游格局正在形成，是新疆最大的制造业基地和重要的石化工业城。目前，米东新区规划面积为167平方公里，长远规划面积是300—400平方公里，年内争取扩大到200平方公里。重点发展石油化工、天然气化工、煤化工、氯碱化工、精细化工以及新型建材、机械制造业等产业。 |
