项目描述:三山国际房地产发展有限公司成立于1993年11月,是我区较早引进的台湾独资企业,注册资金720万人民币。
公司名下的三山广场位于乌鲁木齐市体育馆路29号附1号,地处市中心繁华地段,这里集中了全市餐饮行业,邻近有十余家住宅小区,三所高校,两所医院,充满了无限商机。三山广场占地6258.515平方米,建筑面积34965.98平方米,共9层建筑,高层公寓(宾馆部)建筑面积18082.47平方米,共23层,通过封闭式连廊与三山广场连为一体。三山广场原创意并已建设为西部地区首家五星级豪华宾馆,已经营数年,投资回报率极高,在新疆地区颇有名气。各类设施有中央空调、
音响系统、消防系统,具有双回路供电和自备发电,供热水功能,具备餐饮、娱乐、健身、自选购物,举办会议等服务功能。但由于在发展过程管理中经验不足,目前停止经营。为盘活资产,促进社会和公司经济的发展,现三山广场全面对外招商。
San Shan International Real Estate Development Co.,LTD which established in Nov. 1993 and its registered capital 7.2 million yuan was Taiwan owned enterprises, which introduced by Xinjiang Region in early time. The San Shan Square which owned by San Shan company is located on the additional No.1 of No.29 of gymnasium road downtown Urumqi. There are many restaurants, more than a dozen residential areas, 3 colleges, 2 hospitals. The San Shan Squareis nine floors building which takes up the area of 6258.515 square meters and its construction areas is 34965.98 square meters. The high boarding house (also hotels) is 23 floors building which takes up 18082.47 square meters and connected with theSan Shan Square through corridor. The San Shan Square was planned to build up the first five-star hotel in the northwest region which got high return rate and reputation in Xinjiang Region after several years dealing. The San Shan Square was provided with center air-condition, acoustics equipment, fire fighting equipment, generate electricity equipment, hot water supply, and also restaurant, entertainment, body building, shopping, meeting and etc.. Because of lack of experience, the San Shan square was closured. In order to promote the development of the company, we need investment from others. |
