新疆徕远房地产发展有限公司为兵团国有资产经营公司控股的新疆徕远经贸投资(集团) 所属子公司。徕远广场位于乌鲁木齐市解放北路与民主路交汇处,位于乌鲁木齐市最繁荣的中山路-北门商圈的心脏地带,地属商业用地一级商业圈内,素有“上海南京路”和“北京王府井”之称。该项目市场前景好,而且也是乌鲁木齐市对外开放的一个窗口,得到地方政府、兵团和社会有关方面的大力支持。徕远广场项目占地面积24180.64平方米,总建筑面积约为31万平方米,其中地下建筑面积约6万平方米,地上建筑面积约25万平方米,主体为双子楼,地下3层,地上39层。徕远广场是一个集购物、酒店、餐饮、娱乐、剧院、
写字楼、单身公寓、停车场、休闲等综合场所,是真正意义上的城市购物广场。
Xinjiang Laiyuan Real Estate Development Co.,LTD is the subsidiary company of Xinjiang Laiyuan Economic and Trade Investment Group which holded by Xinjiang Corps state-owned capital management company. Laiyuan Square is located in joint area of north Jiefang road and Zhongshan road which is the center of Zhongshan-Beimen commercial circle downtown Urumqi. Because of locating in the first grade commercial circle, it is also called “Nanjing road of Shanghai” or “Wangfujing of Beijing”. With the broad market future and as the window of opening to the outside for Urumqi, the project gets the enormous support from the local government, corps and others. Laiyuan Square takes up the area of 24180.64 square meters and its construction area is about 310 thousand square meters, of which the area under the ground is 60 thousand square meters and the area above the ground is 250 thousand square meters. The main body of the building is consisted by two connected storied buildings which are 39 floors above the ground and 3 floors under the ground. The Laiyuan Square is a shopping mall which includes shopping, hotel, meal, entertainment, cinema, office building, single apartment, parking lot and etc.
