Project Description:Nanhu Shopping Bazaar is chosen to be at 179 Shizheng Ave in the centre of Shuimogou District Urumqi, beyond the former agricultural trading market, its flank building is for comprehensive shopping bazaar, its principal body is designed as double towers, one is for commercial residence, the other is for office. The project covers an area of 32,000 square meters with construction area of 94,000 square meters. It is estimated that the investment totals 120 million yuan with recovery in four years. After its completuon, the profit is estimated to reach 59 million yuan, tax payment 34 millionyuan, and sales income 270 million yuan and over 300 posts.
