Project Description：Taking advantage of Xinjiang unique position and resources,the project is to build Xinjiang Yazhong Electrochemical Material Distribution Gardden-a foreign trading window. It officially started in June 2001 and finished in April 2003. Through integration and payable use of formerly-state-owned idle enterprise land resources, reusing formerly-state-owned enterprise stock assets and repositioning extremely poor employees, much advantage is taken of funds, operation and management, information net etc of Yazhong Group, fully exerting the play of Eurasia Continent Brdge,energetically exploring international market to create a lasting and stable material distribution platform for internal enterprise products to march into bordering countries. The presence of specialized material distribution market integrated with sales of similar products,is favourable to shape a scale benefit. Normally the leasing and sales (operation) income of the project will reach 42.88million yuan with total annual cost during operation period being 15.49 million yuan,of which changeable cost covers 15.01 million yuan,fixed cost being 10.48 million yuan,operation cost being 8.33 million yuan.The annual average total profit during operation period is 23.97 million yuan, with recovery of total investment within 5 years.After establishment,the project may offer nearly 10,000 jobs, thus improving relevant industry at the same time and bringing down total cost of social production. Besides, it will play positive role in bettering the local electrochemical operation and improving urban traffic.

该项目依据新疆独特的地缘和资源优势，建设新疆亚中机电物流园建立中外贸易的窗口，于二OO一年六月正式奠基开业，二OO三年报四月项目完成；通过整合和有偿使用原国有企业闲置的土地资源，盘活原国有企业存量资产，安置特困企业职工，利用亚中集团在资金、经营管理、信息网络等方面的优势，充分发挥亚欧大陆桥的作用，大力开拓国际市场，为内地生产企业产品打入周边国家创办一个长期稳定的物流平台；专业化市场的出现，集中经营同类产品，有利于形成规模效益，项目正常年出租售（营业）收入为4288万元，年经营期总成本费用为1549万元，其中可变成本1501万元，固定成本1048万元，经营成本833万元，项目经营期年平均利润总额为2397万元，5年内收回全部投资；该项目建成后，可提供近万个就业岗位，推动相关产业的同步发展，降低社会生产总成本，对改善本地区机电经营环境，提高城市交通畅通具有积极的作用。 |
