Project Description: Urumqi Northern Suburb Outringing Road Project is planned to be invested 1.383 billion yuan with a whole length of 16.5 km. It is designed in terms of main urban road with road red limit being 69 meters. 10 tracks are to be built with two-way. The northern suburb outringing road lies at the juncture of northern urban road and outringing road, starting from North Railway Station section, joining Beizhan road and runs east across Urumqi-Changji High-graded Highway and turns east and runs along the Ninth Transportation Company, Di’uobao township and Kaziwan area, and then horizontally links two radiating roads (Altay road and Hetan road) and ultimately reaches its destination which connects Urumqi-Kuitun High-graded Highway and Qidaowan road. It runs through planned Donghuan road which meets with east Guojing road in eastern urban. At Yannan Overpass it links with planned western outringing road, forming Urumqi outringing enclosure road net. After completion, it is handed over to the city government road office for charges. The specific charge is rated according to Urumqi flexible vehicle number and economic development.
项目描述：乌鲁木齐市北外环路工程计划总投资13.83亿元，全长16.5公里，按城市主干道标准设计，道路红线控制宽度为69米，按双向10车道标修建。北外环路位于市区北部公路环线与外环线之间，起点在北站片区，与北站路相交向东北方向跨越乌昌高等级公路后折东，沿途经九运司、地窝堡乡、卡子湾等片区，横向连接两条放射路（阿勒泰路与河滩北路），最终连接至乌奎高速公路与七道湾路。与规划的东环路贯通，东环路与市区东南侧的东过境路相接，在燕南立交桥处与规划西外环路相接，形成乌市外围闭合城市路网。项目建成后将由市政府保证道路收费，具体收费标准将根据乌鲁木齐市机动车拥有量和经济发展水平确定。 |
