Project Description
The site of the project lies one km. from Caiwobao Railway Station and near National Highway 312, on which grow Chinese medicines like wild ephedra grass, liquorice, isatis root, cistache salsa etc. The supply of Chinese medicines like hedra grass, liquorice and cistanche slasa etc. mainly depends on picking and gathering in the wild. Because the use of the medicines at home and abroad is doubled and redoubled, the state has definitely banned their collecting. Urumqi Xuhai Ecological Agricultural Development Centre has made three-year effort, together with Academy of Animal Husbandry Sciences of the region, Chinese Medicine and Ethnic Medicine Research Institute of the Region and Medical Plants Institute under Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, has launched to culture the medicines with advanced equipment on the wilderness and gebi of the project site so as to grow seedlings in workshops and with modern biological culturing techniques has successfully cultivated ephedra grass, liquorice, isatis root, cistache salsa, jumby bean etc. Artificially growing Chinese medicines in large scale favours biological environmental protection and development of Chinese medicine growth and benefits adjusting growth structure and increasing farmers’ income as well.
The project proposal has been approved by the autonomous region, Urumqi city and Dabancheng area. Its feasible report, initial design, land and plan proceedings together with water and land conservation program, water supply, hydrogeology argumentation, appraisal on environmental influence etc. have been got through.
The enterprise has cultured and improved 4200-mu land, dug three wells, laid 1.5-km high tension cables, improved and dug 3-km alkaline-removed ditches, built 3-km leakage ditches, repaired 3-km road, constructed 150-mu forest belt, built up 8 seedling green houses, laid 1000-mu water–economized dripping irrigation, grown 1000-mu ephedra grass, built 680-mu artificial reservoir. So it has taken shape.
项目描述：本项目区位于柴窝堡火车站1公里处，312国道边，属野生麻黄草、甘草、板兰根、大芸等中药材生长地，我国的麻黄草、甘草、大芸等中草药供应主要靠采挖野生，但由于国内外用量的成倍增长，国家已明令严禁采挖。乌市旭海生态农业开发中心经过三年努力，与自治区畜牧科学院、自治区中药民族药研究所及中国医学科学院药用植物研究所合作，在项目区荒漠戈壁利用先进的设施栽培，工厂化育苗及现代生物栽培技术成功种植麻黄草、甘草、板兰根、大芸、红豆草等。大规模人工种植中药材有利于生态环境的保护和发展中草药种植业，有利于调整农业种植业结构，增加农民收入。
自治区、市、达坂城区均已对该项目建议书进行批复。已完成可研、初步设计、土地及规划手续、水土保持方案、供水水文地质可行论证，建设项目环境影响评估等。
企业已开垦及改造土地4200亩，打机井3眼，架设高压线1.5公里，修挖排碱沟3公里，建防渗渠3公里，修公路3公里，建植林带150亩，建成8座育苗温室，铺设节水滴灌1000亩，种植麻黄草1000亩，建成680亩人工水库，已形成规模。 |
