Project Description
The project makes use of geographical advantage of Xinjiang and abundant raw material---cottonseed acidized oil and applies long-term technical achievements by Fujian Chemical Industry Institute, and after improvement it processes and produces domestic market hard-to-get oleic acid, stearic acid etc. and at the same time develops dimeric acid and polyammide which are in great demand in international market. So it has immense potentail market. At present the project with annual capacity of treatment of 15000-ton cottonseed acidized oil to produce stearic acid has been completed and got through trials and into batch production. The products have completely reached standard with stable operation of equipment. It is estimated that in 2005 the treatment of 15000-ton raw material is sure to be fulfilled, which is likely to yield considerable economic benefit and to some degree solve pollution in cotton areas. Now the project has been granted Certificate of Comprehansive Use of Resources, enjoying relevant preferential policy and additionally reaching immense support from governments. Therefore it has great prospects.
项目描述：该项目利用新疆的地缘优势，丰富的原料——棉籽酸化油资源，结合福建化工研究所长年的技术成果，并改进后加工生产国内市场俏销的油酸、硬脂酸等产品，同时开发国际市场抢手的二聚酸和聚酰胺树脂。市场潜力巨大，目前一期年处理15000吨棉籽酸化油生产油酸、硬脂酸项目已经完成，并经过试生产进入批量生产阶段。产品完全达标，设备运行稳定。预计2005年可完成15000吨的原料处理目标，产生较好的经济效益。项目一定程度上解决了棉区的污染问题，获得了《资源综合利用证》，享受相关优惠政策，并得到政府的大力支持，前景可观。 |
