Project Description
With an aera of 50km2,XinJiang Silk Road Resort lies in Shuixigou Town,Urumqi. The project has three categories: summer project, winter project and year-round project, including ski area, grass skiing, golf course, club house, five-star hotel, international conference center, hot-air balloon, race horse，snow mobiling , expending training, burgee jumping, science center etc. It will be completed in 3 phases.
Silk Road Resort project includes: a 5-star hotel and clubhouse, international convention center, international ski resort, golf, grass skiing, toboggan, hot balloons, gliders, horserace course, forest & snow cross-country, aviation tourism, safari zoo, expanding physical training, forest hiking and exploring, rock climbing, mountain climbing, bungee jump, aviation model and Science & Education Center etc., which is all-year round tourism and for the young and the old.
total assets of 560 million yuan, to be completed in three phases within 5 years.

“新疆丝绸之路生态园”旅游项目区总面积50平方公里，位于乌鲁木齐水西沟镇，项目主要分为三类：夏季，冬季，四季。拟建项目包括：滑雪场，滑草场，高尔夫球场，会所，五星级酒店，会议中心，雪地摩托车，赛马场，蹦极，拓展训练，热气球，青少年科普基地等几十个娱乐内容，分三期进行。
丝绸之路生态园经营项目：五星级的会所宾馆、国际会议中心、国际滑雪场、高尔夫、滑草、滑道、热气球运动、滑翔伞、赛马场、森林雪地越野、航空旅游、野生动物园、拓展训练、徒步森林探险、攀岩、蹬山、蹦极、航模、青少年科普基地等，集中体现了四季皆宜、老少皆宜的特点。总投资5.6亿元人民币，在五年内分三期完成。 |
