Project Description: The resource of hot spring is scarce and special resource in Urumqi city. There are three wells in Urumqi, two in Hot Spring Nurcing Homes, the rest one in Shuimogou park. They are medical hot springs, which contains more than 30 kinds of minerals and trace elements such as bicarbonate, sulfur, boron, fluoride and the salinity is 7-8 grams per liter. With the guarantee of public service facility and support ing infrastructre facility in AAA grade Shuimogou scenic area, and nor-renewable of “hot, minerals, water ”resource and the function to keep body strong ,we plan to invite outside investment to build green hot spring resort which combines with hot spring bath, saunas, fishing, catering, accommodation, entertainment.
项目描述：区温泉资源是我市唯一的稀缺资源，也是我市特色旅游资源，现有三个井口，温泉疗养院两口，水磨沟公园一口，总矿化度7-8克/升，含有丰富的重碳酸盐、硫、硼、氟等30余种对人体有益矿物质和微量元素，属医疗温泉。我区依托温泉这一独特资源优势，借助国家“AAA”水磨沟风景名胜区公用服务设施与配套基础设施的物质基础和保障，借助市场化运作，根据温泉资源集“热、矿、水”于一身的不可再生特性，利用其宝贵的强身健体功能，建成集温泉浴、桑拿浴、垂钩、餐饮、住宿、娱乐于一体的绿色温泉度假中心。 |
