位于亚洲中心中国西北部的达坂城—是中国西北方一座普普通通的小镇,在今后十几年间，这里建造第一座高科技生态镇。
城镇规划本着生态、环保的原则，交通、住宅、接待、商务、养殖、旅游等都有自己的特色；水循环处理、地源热能的使用、能源自生产等也应纳入到规划之中。人口最大容量应不超过3万人（含本企业的职工），相对固定人口应不超过2万人。这座拟建的“未来镇”，将成为“世界上第一个具备真正生态完整性的生态镇”。其基本特征有二：首先，它在各个方面（包括能源、交通、水和食物供给）都是节约的；其次，
它对周围环境不造成任何污染。这使得它完全有别于传统意义上的城镇。 传统的镇用汽车将不会再出现
镇区内，它们将被一种类似的交通工具--电动车、生物燃料车所代替。 在这座生态城镇中，大多数居民
消耗的食品都是由自己城镇生产的。因为这样可以使得交通运输的成本和废物排放都最小化。有机废物都将被充分回收，用作燃料或培育温室蔬菜的肥料。
这种城镇在当今世界其他任何地方还未曾出现过。而且它是所有西方国家都非常需要的。它会吸引世界各地大量的 建筑师，城镇规划者，政治家，思想家和游客到中国-新疆，会带来极大的旅游收入。 We will build the first high-tech ecological town in the Dabancheng in the future time of more than decades, which is a common town in north west China, the senter of Asia.
The town is designed according to the principle of ecology and environment protection. The traffic, residence, reception, commerce, breeding, tourism and etc. are special. Water cycle disposal, heat energy from underground and self –production of energy source are also brought into plan. The largest capacity of population is less than 30,000 including employee in enterprises, of which the relatively steady population are less than 20,000. The “future town” is the first real ecological town in the world with two basic characters. The first is economy including energy, traffic, water, food supply; the second is unpollution to circumstance. In this town, the traditional vehicles will be replaced by electromotion car and biology fuel car, and the most part of food are produced by itself because which can make the traffic cost and waste excluding minimum. Organic waste can be reclaimed sufficiently and used as fuel and fertilizer to cultivate vegetables in greenhouse.
This kind of town has not been building in the world by now. It is also necessary for west countries, so it will attract a lot of architects, town planners, politicians, ideologists and torists to visit Xinjiang of China, and can make a lot of profit. |
